“And the Lord said to Moses, ‘Why do you cry to Me? Tell the children of Israel to go forward.’”
— Exodus 14:15 (NKJV)

There comes a point in every believer’s life when we face a dilemma so daunting that it seems to paralyze us. The Israelites knew that moment well. After finally being released from the chains of slavery, they found themselves standing at the edge of the Red Sea. Before them—a vast, impassable body of water. Behind them—Pharaoh’s finest soldiers in relentless pursuit. A full-blown dilemma. And yet, God’s instruction was astonishing: “Tell the children of Israel to go forward.”

Wait—go forward into the sea? Into the dilemma? Yes. Because in the kingdom of God, what looks like a roadblock is often a disguised runway. God delights in turning impossible situations into miraculous interventions. He specializes in showing up in the same place the enemy hoped to bury you.

The truth is your deliverance is often hidden in the same location as your dilemma. God does not always bypass trouble to bless you—He often uses the trouble as a platform to reveal His power. At the very site of your stress, He releases His supernatural strength.

In the kingdom of God, what looks like a roadblock is often a disguised runway.

The Red Sea moment was not just about escape—it was a divine setup for transformation. What did the people see? The bottom of the sea—something no human had ever seen. What did they do? Walked on it. That is the miracle: not only did God make a way, He made them walk boldly through what once terrified them.

What dilemma are you facing today? A health crisis, a family issue, financial lack, spiritual dryness? Do not be downcast—what feels like a dead end may actually be an invitation to witness God’s mighty hand. You do not need to know how He will do it; you just need to stretch out your hand in faith. Moses did not part the sea in his own strength—he simply obeyed.

One of the most striking truths from the moment is this: you can drown your enemies in the same waters you walk through. If it were only ankle- or knee-deep water as skeptics claim, how did the Egyptian army perish in it? Whether it was dry ground or murky waters, the point is this: a miracle happened. God is never tired of performing miracles. But we must participate. God said “stretch out your hand.” for even when it doesn’t make logical sense, He honors obedience. What if Moses had refused? What if the people had turned back? They would have missed the miracle. Your dilemma is calling for your faith to rise.

Furthermore, that miracle was not just for the Israelites—it was for the nations watching. Your breakthrough is not just about you. When God turns your situation around, it will cause others to believe. The Red Sea was not just a path of escape—it was a billboard declaring the power of Yahweh.

God’s word to you today is the same: “Go forward.” Don’t stay stuck at the edge of fear. Don’t live paralyzed by the size of the obstacle. Stretch your faith. Walk into what seems impossible. Your deliverance is already waiting in the waters.

Prayer – Heavenly Father, thank You for being the God who meets me in the middle of my dilemma. Today, I choose to go forward. Even when I do not understand the how, I trust the Who. You are the way-maker, and I believe that just as You opened the Red Sea, You will open a path for me. Let my current trial become the testimony that brings You glory. Drown every enemy of my soul and silence every voice of fear. Show me the miracle hidden in this moment. I stretch my faith now, Lord—do what only You can do. In Jesus’ name, amen.
