“ God did extraordinary miracles through Paul.”
  Acts 19: 11 (NKJV)

As believers, we are not called to live ordinary lives. God desires to manifest His extraordinary power through us, not just in spiritual matters, but in every area of our lives. The scriptural definition of extraordinary means exceeding all human understanding, producing results beyond logical explanation, and becoming a wonder to many. In Acts 19:11, we see that God performed extraordinary miracles. His life was a marvel, with events that defied natural logic and human reasoning. This is what God wants to do through us! He desires for our lives to stand out as a testament to His greatness.

Consider the burning bush in Exodus. While fire in dry bushes can lead to spontaneous combustion, the extraordinary aspect was that the bush burned without being consumed. Similarly, parts of your life may have natural explanations, but other aspects—like your peace in chaos, breakthrough against odds, or joy in hardship—defy explanation. That is the extraordinary hand of God at work.

The Bible declares in Psalm 71:7, “I am as a wonder to many, for You are my strong refuge.” The Psalmist recognized that certain aspects of his life were inexplicable to others. People may understand some things about you—your background, education, or skills—but there should also be blessings in your life that defy explanation, blessings not based on your credentials or experience. You become a wonder and a living testimony.

Today, invite the extraordinary hand of God into every area of your life—your work, relationships, health, and dreams. Ask Him to accomplish through you what no human effort can achieve. You will experience the extraordinary in Jesus’ name!
