“Behold, I have received a command to bless; He has blessed, and I cannot reverse it. “He has not observed iniquity in Jacob, Nor has He seen wickedness in Israel. The Lord his God is with him, And the shout of a King is among them.”

Sometimes we are under attack without even realizing it. Like the children of Israel in Numbers 23, we can become targets of plotting and scheming. These attacks are not always obvious. They may manifest as colleagues conspiring against us at work or diabolic influences, like the curse and spiritual manipulations the Israelites faced.
In Numbers 23:8 (NIV), a curse is described as a proclamation of calamity. How dark and troubling is that? Who would want to be live under such an oppressive influence?
Thankfully, Scripture reveals a powerful key to becoming immune to and “bullet-proofed” against spiritual manipulation: raising the SHOUT OF A KING over our lives.
“He has not observed iniquity in Jacob, nor has He seen wickedness in Israel. The Lord his God is with him, And the shout of a King is among them – Number 23:21 (NKJV)
This verse explains why no curse or evil scheme could prevail against Israel. The critical element here is the S.O.A.K - The Shout of a King (S.O.A.K).
The Shout of a King SOAKs and empowers the offering.
To have the shout of a King is to raise a loud deliberate praise unto God acknowledging Him in His capacity as a Sovereign King. Yes, He is so many wonderful things to us as believers. However, when it comes to nullifying spiritual manipulations, there is unique power in proclaiming Him as King. That is, the One with all authority and power in His hands.
We must make it a habit to raise mighty shouts of praise and worship. Lifting our vices in songs and proclamations of praise that declare His Kingship. This act establishes an altar to God, where offerings are made. The Shout of a King SOAKs and empowers the offering. And when trouble arises, The Sovereign King answers.
May the Lord, the Sovereign King answer for you in every area of your life and nullify any evil manipulation against you in Jesus’ name. Amen.

Prayer - Lord, You are my Sovereign King, all-powerful and mighty. I thank You for Your constant protection over my life. When I face spiritual attacks or unseen conspiracies, I raise my voice in praise to You. I declare the Shout of the King over my life, nullifying every curse and evil plot against me. No weapon formed against me shall prosper. I trust in Your mighty hand to shield me and Your presence to go before me in every battle. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
