Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.”
Hebrews 11:1 (NKJV)

When God created man, He made him without limits. Man carried the Dominion Mandate — naming the animals, ruling the earth, straddling both the physical and the spiritual with ease. He was, as Scripture says, a little “god” on the earth (Psalm 82:6 KJV, John 10:34 KJV).

But sin broke the bridge. Man was cut off from his spiritual authority and trapped in the limitations of the physical realm — time, space, and matter. These became humanity’s daily struggles.

Yet, through Christ, there is redemption. Salvation restores us to a relationship with God, and faith reconnects us with the supernatural power that overrides earthly limits.

Faith vs. Time

Faith supersedes time. Sarah is our example. The time for childbearing had long passed, but Hebrews 11:11 (NKJV) declares: “By faith Sarah herself also received strength to conceive seed, and she bore a child when she was past the age, because she judged Him faithful who had promised.”

Faith cancelled the calendar. Faith overruled the ticking clock.

In the same way, wherever time seems lost in your life — wasted years, missed opportunities, closed seasons — faith can redeem it. With God, delay is not denial.

Faith is God’s mystery that overrides earth’s limitations.

Faith vs. Space and Matter

Israel faced the Red Sea: space and matter in their way. Yet, by faith, the waters parted (Hebrews 11:29). Space made way. Matter obeyed.

Walls of Jericho crumbled at a shout (Joshua 6). The sun stood still for Joshua (Joshua 10:12–13). These are testimonies of faith breaking natural laws.

Faith is God’s mystery that overrides earth’s limitations. Time cannot stop it. Distance cannot restrict it. Matter cannot resist it.

When faith is alive in you, the “impossible” bends to God’s Word.

By faith, I override every limitation of time, space, and matter.

Lost years are restored, blocked paths are opened, and every stubborn obstacle must bow.

I walk in supernatural dominion through Christ Jesus. Amen.

Walk By Faith

By Jeremy Camp

Prayer – Lord, thank You for making me a new creation in Christ. Teach me to rise above the limitations of this world by faith. Everywhere time has been lost, restore. Everywhere space or matter has stood against me, make a way. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
